How long does it take for Exposed to work?

A: 2 - 5 weeks on average. Some users experience a lot of clearing in the first two weeks.

My acne seemed to flair up a bit for the first week then it got better. Is that normal?

A: Yes it is. Very often acne skin is sensitive to the changes that the treatment causes, but then it begins to clear as the medication begins working.

A: Exposed is a powerful acne medication. It uses FDA approved drugs that are proven to reduce acne. Occasionally, people who use Exposed will experience a tingling sensation for the first several days of use, this is normal.

I have been using Exposed for several months now and skin is looking really clear, very pleased with results. Just wanting to know what will happen when I stopping using the product?

A: Exposed uses drugs that help eliminate acne causing bacteria and aid the skin renewal process. Once your acne has cleared up, you may reduce your usage of Exposed to every 2 days or whatever you feel comfortable with.

I have used the Exposed for 2.5 weeks. During the first 2 weeks I saw continual improvement in my skin, but in the last 3 days it has worsened again. My skin, overall, is still significantly clearer than when I started the program, but I am concerned. Is this something to be expected, before my skin gets better?

A: Thank you for your question, every case is different; you may have a time when your skin may from time to time produce acne, however try not to let small setbacks discourage you. Continue on your current plan and please see our site with regards to other things you can be doing for you treatment such as diet and lifestyle.

How many times per day can I wash my face?

A: You should only wash your face two times per day as instructed. Washing more often can lead to over drying and result in more acne.

How many times a day do I use Exposed?

A: You should use Exposed twice per day. Once in the morning and once in the evening as instructed.

Can I apply sunscreen and make-up over Exposed?

A: Yes. You can apply sunscreen, moisturizers and make-up over Exposed, it's dye and fragrance free so it won't stain your clothes, and won't interfere with your make-up.

Is this FDA Approved?

A: Exposed contains FDA approved over-the-counter (OTC) medications in the treatment system, Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid, which the FDA has recognized as effective acne treatments.

Can I stop using Exposed once my skin is clear?

A: It is recommended that you continue to use Exposed even once your skin is clear. Continued use will help prevent future acne breakouts. You can not cure acne but using the Exposed system is a highly effective way to treat it.

Does Exposed work on Rosacea/Psoriasis/other conditions?

A: Exposed has been proven effective in treating all forms of acne, but has not been tested for other skin conditions though many users have experienced great results.

Can I use Exposed if I am pregnant?

A: If you are pregnant you should consult your doctor before using Exposed or any OTC mediations.

How long does the kit last?

A: If used as directed your first kit of Exposed acne product should last about 8 weeks.

If you are experiencing side effects or any irritation, try using only very small amounts of Exposed at first and then gradually increase your usage. If certain areas on your face get irritated more easily than others, you can reduce or discontinue use of the product on those areas.

If I am not happy with the results, how do I return the product?

A: While most love the results of using the Exposed system, we do offer a one year guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied just fill out an RMA form and simply return the products to us as instructed in order to receive your credit. Should I order as a member or a non-member?

A: We give you the choice so that you can choose the option that best fits your needs. Non-member orders are a great way to just order one kit and see how it works for you. When you order as a member you get special member pricing on every kit - $10 less! You also get the convenience of auto-shipped orders at a schedule that fits your needs and you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.

How often do you ship member orders?

A: It's completely up to you. The default is 60 days but we can adjust that period to best fit your individual needs.

Is there a fee for canceling the membership or a minimum number of kits I must use?

A: No, you can cancel at any time for no cost and there is NO MINIMUM you must buy.

How do I cancel a member?

A: You now can easily cancel you membership yourself by logging into your member account.

I canceled my membership but now I want to reorder. Can I reactivate my membership?

A: No, You can't reactivate a membership once canceled, however if you just order as a member again from the website, you will create a new account.

Can I return extra member kits that I didn't open?

A: Yes, we do ask that you return them within 30 days and unopened as they are sealed for our customer's safety.

Do you ship to countries overseas?

A: Yes, we ship anywhere! We usually get kits to you in 6 to 10 days using Global Priority Mail to Western Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore and several other countries where available. Please see the shipping table on the order page for details. For other areas of the world we use Air Mail which can take up to 2 weeks.

I am an international customer? Can I pay in my local currency?

A: Exposed products are all priced and sold in US Dollars. When ordering with a VISA, Master Card or American Express your credit card provider will convert the US Dollars into your local currency.

I received some free special samples in my member kit? Do you sell them?
